1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BannerPress website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. BannerPress is a trading name of [YOUR COMPANY NAME LTD], registered in England and Wales.

2. Orders & Contract

An order placed on this website constitutes an offer to purchase goods. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, if we discover a pricing error or if there are concerns about fraud. In such cases we will issue a full refund.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices shown on product pages are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the current UK rate is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

4. Artwork & Proofing

You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork that meets our specification requirements. We perform a pre-press check on all files and will contact you if there is an issue. We do not perform colour proofing unless specifically agreed in writing. By submitting artwork you confirm that you own or have the rights to all content in the file, including images, logos, and typography.

5. Production & Dispatch

Production begins once artwork has been approved. Dispatch dates are based on a weekly schedule (see our Delivery page). Dispatch dates are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, bank holidays, or force majeure events.

6. Delivery

Delivery is to mainland UK only. Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery. If your order does not arrive within 3 working days of the expected delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

7. Damaged & Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty through our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free reprint and redelivery. We do not offer cash refunds for print products due to the bespoke nature of the goods, except where required by consumer law.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights in our website, product descriptions, and original content. You retain ownership of all artwork you supply. By supplying artwork, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
