Artwork Requirements
Everything you need to know to submit print-ready files that produce the best possible results.
Resolution
150 dpi at 100% final print size (300 dpi for small text areas)
Colour mode
CMYK — RGB files are accepted but colour shift may occur
Bleed
30mm bleed on all sides — we trim inside the bleed area
Safe zone
Keep text and logos at least 50mm from any edge
Accepted File Formats
Preferred format — press-ready PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4
Adobe Illustrator — outline all fonts before saving
Encapsulated PostScript — fonts outlined, CMYK colour
InDesign — package with links and fonts included
Photoshop — 150 dpi minimum at final print size
High-resolution TIFF, CMYK, 150 dpi at print size
Accepted only if 150 dpi at final print size — avoid compression
Not accepted — convert to PDF first

How to Submit Artwork
Place your order
Complete your order on the website. You do not need to have your artwork ready before ordering.
Upload after checkout
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a link to upload your artwork file.
We check your file
Our team reviews your artwork for resolution, colour mode, and bleed. We contact you if anything needs adjusting.
Production begins
Once artwork is approved your order moves into production and is dispatched on your chosen delivery date.
