All orders are dispatched on a fixed weekly schedule. Here's everything you need to know.

Standard Delivery

£12.00 + VAT

Artwork cut-off: 12pm Monday
Dispatch day: Thursday
Delivery: Friday (next working day)

Express Delivery

£25.00 + VAT

Artwork cut-off: 12pm Thursday
Dispatch day: Tuesday
Delivery: Wednesday (next working day)

Weekly Dispatch Schedule

Important Notes

Artwork approval required

Your order enters production only once artwork has been reviewed and approved by our pre-press team. Orders placed without artwork, or with artwork that requires corrections, will not dispatch until the following applicable cut-off date.

Bank holidays

Dispatch dates may be adjusted around UK bank holidays. We will contact you directly if a bank holiday affects your order dispatch date.

Fabric products

Stretch fabric, SEG pop-ups, and fabric backdrops have a fabric-specific dispatch schedule which may differ from the standard roller banner schedule. The dispatch day shown at checkout applies to your specific product type.

Damaged deliveries

All orders are insured in transit. If your delivery arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and original packaging. We will arrange a free reprint and redelivery.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to mainland UK via next-working-day courier. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands may incur additional transit time or surcharges — please contact us before ordering.
